Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound bunch broccoli, cooked, drained and chopped
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons parmesan
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions:
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add broccoli and sauté.
- Combine eggs, milk and parmesan and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir into broccoli mixture. Turn into well-greased shallow 1 quart casserole.
- Top with the mozzarella and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
