Ingredients:
Salad
- 1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks
- 1 ½ pounds chicken, cooked and chunked
- ½ cup frozen peas, thawed
- ½ cup sliced celery
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup toasted slivered almonds
- 3 tablespoons sliced green onion
- Salad greens
Sunny Dressing
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all salad ingredients except greens. Toss with the dressing.
- Divide salad greens onto plates and top with the tossed salad ingredients.
