Ingredients:
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 2 ½ cups sifted flour
Instructions:
- Mix first four ingredients well. Then work in flour with your hands until smooth.
- Chill dough slightly before filling press. Keep dough you are not working with chilled.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until SLIGHTLY brown around the edges.
