Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. water or milk (lukewarm)
- 2 Tbsp. filly chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
Instructions
- Place the fresh herbs in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the flour and the salt and mix.
- Add the olive oil and pulse in.
- Add the eggs, one by one with the motor running.
- Add the water or milk if necessary to form a smooth ball.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured board and knead slightly.
- Wrap in saran wrap and let rest 30 minutes.
- Roll out and cut as desired.
