Ingredients
- ½ onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup sour cream
- 5 teaspoons lemon juice
- 5 teaspoons white wine
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard plus 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 dashes each Worcestershire and A-1 Steak Sauce
- ¼ cup shopped parsley, well dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups vegetable oil, divided
Instructions
- In a food processor fitted with the steel blade, process all of the ingredients with ½ cup oil. Slowly add the remaining oil in a steady stream.
