Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all the ingredients except the oil in a food processor and turn on.
- Add the oil in a thin steady stream with the machine running until mixture thickens.
- Store in the fridge and let come to room temperature before serving.
