Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground lamb
- 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 6 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 egg whites
- ⅓ cup of panko, mixed in with the lamb and egg whites
- 8 buns
- ½ cup mayo and ½ tsp of cayenne
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the buns.
- Preheat the cast iron pan or grill pan to medium heat (350°) using the laser thermometer. 8 minutes
- Cook on direct, medium heat for 4 minutes and flip when cooked to the amount you want
- Cook on the flipped side for 4 minutes
- Remove and tent for 5 minutes
- Spread the mayo/cayenne mixture on the buns, top with burger and VIOLA!
