Thai BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoons chili flakes
  • ⅓ cup salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled, and butterfly
  • Rice

Instructions

  1. Blend together the marinade ingredients. Marinate the shrimp/seafood a minimum of one hour in the fridge.
  2. Grill and serve on rice.

Notes

  1. Another great one from the Ma Cuisine Cooking School. You can also use Sea Bass, scallops or any firm white fish.
