Ingredients
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoons chili flakes
- ⅓ cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 6 large shrimp, peeled, and butterfly
- Rice
Instructions
- Blend together the marinade ingredients. Marinate the shrimp/seafood a minimum of one hour in the fridge.
- Grill and serve on rice.
